Unlike diets, hypnotherapy works at a deeper level, called the unconscious level, where you have your eyes closed to relax more deeply.  Then during your day to day life, it can be a lot easier to act upon these changes, without even thinking about them consciously.  Please be aware that you will only act upon suggestions that are useful to you - unlike stage hypnosis shows where more often than not the participants are outgoing people that want to impress their friends in the audience!

We also set up a healthy rewards system for you to continually feel more positive about your food goals. We work towards making your decisions more conscious about what to eat and when. We reinforce how much better you feel when you eat healthily and how tired you feel when you eat unhealthy food. That way, decisions about food are made more conscious and you feel much more aware and in control.

We also spend time focusing on your goals - why you want to lose weight. You may want to be able to play with your kids, wear nice clothes, feel great about yourself, feel confident. You will learn exactly how to visualise yourself achieving your goals so that they feel so much more real and attainable.

Hypnotherapy for weight loss costs £60 per session. Sessions are ongoing, every 2-4 weeks as required according to your desired weight and body goals.
