As this is a one session treatment, I see clients who are ready to stop smoking. Treatment includes: 2 hours with Jennifer Teale, the clinical hypnotherapist, a personalised CD for you to use at home twice a day for the first 10 days, continued support from Jennifer after your session, nutrition and dietary advice leaflets for you to take away specifically for you after you quit. The treatment price includes a complimentary top-up session that you can use anytime, next month or even next year.

During the first session, I find out when you smoke each day - which cigarettes you may have out of habit, and which you have to help you feel calmer. I will also ask you why you want to stop and why you are giving up.

We can help you to quit smoking now You are taught that cigarettes are not actually making you calmer; the chemicals in cigarettes are actually increasing your heart rate and making your body stressed. You don't feel this because the chemicals in cigarettes are blocking your body's receptors to stress.

In fact, what makes you feel more relaxed when you are smoking is breathing oxygen deeply - when inhaling on a cigarette you were mostly breathing in oxygen. So, in the session, you are taught how to deeply relax on your own.

You are also taught how to completely disregard those cigarettes that you had out of habit. You are also taught techniques to reward yourself for stopping, so that you can stay a non-smoker after the session is completed. So you can start really looking forward to a life from cigarettes with all the great benefits that brings for good!
