There are important techniques that you will learn to feel in control of your thoughts and your body when it is time to sleep. Aside from these techniques, you will learn how to truly relax both your mind and your body.
Hypnotherapy sessions for insomnia always include a hypnosis CD for you to use at home. Clients find the CDs to be a huge help, especially in the beginning. With the CD, you can be guided through the techniques that you learn in the sessions so that you can more easily respond and learn from them. Hypnotherapy sessions for insomnia are one hour and cost £60, which includes hypnosis CDs to use at home and after-session support . Clients are seen normally 2-4 times for treatment.
