With hypnotherapy, you learn exactly how to become more aware of your behaviour. This allows you to make more conscious decisions about stopping your unwanted behaviour.
You are also taught how to redirect your thoughts so that you no longer focus on the habit and you decide how you can best reward yourself for stopping the habit.
