WHAT HYPNOTHERAPY INVOLVESFollowing hypnotherapy sessions, clients can request phone and email support from Jennifer. It is important to know that you remain in control throughout a hypnosis session. If you don't want to make any changes to your life, hypnosis will not help. However, if hypnosis allows you to focus and visualise what you do want - almost like mentally rehearsing what you do want. If in the past, unwanted thoughts or feelings have restricted you, hypnosis allows you the time and space to reflect on these and Jennifer, the hypnotherapist, directs and guides you with suggestions relating to your goals whilst you are in hypnosis. HYPNOTHERAPY FOR SMOKING AND WEIGHT LOSSSmoking Cessation and Weight Loss are two of the most common issues that Jennifer works with using hypnotherapy. Smoking Cessation is a one session treatment with 80-90% success rate within the first hypnotherapy session. Weight loss hypnotherapy takes place over 6-8 sessions and focuses on awareness of food choices and alternatives. From the 4th hypnotherapy session onwards, clients must lose a specific amount of weight each time in order to attend subsequent sessions.
